I had another great experience with Fortress Foundations and foam filling. These are the first guys I call for anything foundation related that I need done. From when I called to the work was done was 1.5 weeks. I got lucky with their schedule but they are very responsive.Danny is very thorough, open, and honest. There was some work related to a French drain they could have done, but Danny told be they wouldn’t be the best value for the work and steered me in a better direction. I have a lot of respect for someone of that character.Also the installers Tim, Ethan, and Sam knocked out the work quickly and efficiently. I could barely tell they did anything at all.I would use them again in a heart beat.

Gentleman arrived on time, were both very polite & friendly; professional, thorough in their explanation of the work to be done.  

I had concrete behind my pool that was starting to sink. The ground falls quick behind the concrete, so I was worried that it would get worse before it got better. I could also see openings between the concrete and my pool, so I knew I had a problem. Adam from Fortress foundations came out and showed me exactly what the problem was and the voids under the concrete. He gave me a quote quickly, which I felt was fair and to be honest, I was relieved that it wasn’t a lot more. Very soon after, Ethan and Sam came out to do the work. They took me through exactly what they were going to do and what I could expect. The work was done in a few hours and we did another walk-through then. It looked great, and I was surprised at how unobtrusive the fixes were for such a critical problem. Although Fortress Foundations is primarily known for basement work, they do awesome repairs on jobs like this. I would use them again anytime I needed foundation work done. Thanks so much!

We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results. Any future concrete or foundation needs, Riley and Fortress Foundation are on our “first to call” list.

I would recommend this company because the sales persons spent a lot of time to listen to our needs, explain options, and answer our questions. They provided an estimate in person with options. Other companies came to house, listened to what we needed, and sent us estimates through email with no explanations.

Cope and his crew are absolutely awesome!! Jeremy the electrician showed up first and got things started. Then Cope, Jeremy, K'aell and Rick came out and got right to work. These guys walked me through every step and answered every question! I can not say enough great things about them and will would highly recommend them!
