They were timely, respectful, communicative, and efficient. We are pleased with the outcome and even happier with the warranty - even though we won’t need it! I had another great experience with Fortress Foundations and foam filling. These are the first guys I call for anything foundation related that I need done. From when I called to the work was done was 1.5 weeks. I got lucky with their schedule but they are very responsive.Danny is very thorough, open, and honest. There was some work related to a French drain they could have done, but Danny told be they wouldn’t be the best value for the work and steered me in a better direction. I have a lot of respect for someone of that character.Also the installers Tim, Ethan, and Sam knocked out the work quickly and efficiently. I could barely tell they did anything at all.I would use them again in a heart beat.

We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results. Any future concrete or foundation needs, Riley and Fortress Foundation are on our “first to call” list.

I would recommend this company because the sales persons spent a lot of time to listen to our needs, explain options, and answer our questions. They provided an estimate in person with options. Other companies came to house, listened to what we needed, and sent us estimates through email with no explanations.

Cope and his crew are absolutely awesome!! Jeremy the electrician showed up first and got things started. Then Cope, Jeremy, K'aell and Rick came out and got right to work. These guys walked me through every step and answered every question! I can not say enough great things about them and will would highly recommend them!

We had Fortress waterproof our basement and are more than over the top pleased with the service provided.We have a full basement and have had problems with water after any rain accumulation over 1inch for the last several years. We received a few estimates and decided on Fortress because of their quality reviews, workmanship, and customer service. They scheduled our work promptly, confirmed the arrival times/ dates and crew called to provide on arrival time on site. The crew arrived on time and the full job was completed in the 2 day scheduled timeframe. After the work was completed we were given a complete overview of all the working components of the new system, warranty ect. They run all the exterior drains, replaced the sod, mulch, and even reseeded around the trenches. Everything was cleaned up and work was done in a timely manner.We would highly recommend them for anything basemently. Thank you for our peace of mind with our basement.

Cope’s crew with Fortress Foundation in Lynchburg, Virginia were great. There are always surprises when opening parts of houses that haven’t been opening in decades, but Cope and the crew worked with us and helped get the job done well and promptly. They installed water guard around my basement, and I’m looking forward to a leak proof home now.

Great experience with Derrick Schmidt! We had several issues in and around our encapsulated crawlspace that needed a remedy (falling tape, cut lining, leaking pipe, bowing vent covers). He took time to listen to our concerns and fix them as well as make additional adjustments to the dehumidifier and pipes to help them function more efficiently.
