I had Adam from Fortress out to my home for some sagging concrete on our front porch. Ethan and Sammy did a great job adding some foam to lift and re-level it. They were clean, courteous, and professional.

Tim C. And Jayden were on time for their appointment with me to raise a concrete pad that had sunk down over 4 inches. They did a great job explaining the process and kept me informed as the work was going on. They performed the elevation of the concrete pad with no issues. Without me asking, they installed concrete caulk around the side of the raised concrete pad next to the house, including adding sand to the top of the caulk so it took on a closer coloration to the stonework surrounding the portion of the pad next the house. We are very pleased with their service and the results. Very professional and appreciated the communication throughout their work process.

I recently had Fortress Foundation Solutions level my uneven driveway, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Just want to highly recommend Fortress Foundation for a five star job well done. Tim, Tim Alex and Kevin were extremely professional and very skilled at doing a fantastic job !!! I would like to add the salesman named Caleb was no pressure explained everything, answered all questions in a professional manner. I felt very comfortable giving him my deposit for the project to be completed a month in the future. I got regular text from him and the company along the way including a phone call from the men that morning letting me know their ETA. 5 STARS !!!

We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results. Any future concrete or foundation needs, Riley and Fortress Foundation are on our “first to call” list.

Danny and Tim were fantastic to work with! We were putting our house in the market within days of my initial call and our driveway needed some work. Caleb came in a timely manner to give an estimate and worked us in the schedule quickly. Tim came to lift our concrete pads that house the HVAC units. This was done in a professional manner with minimal clean up. I would highly recommend the Fortress Foundation crew. Thank you both so much!      

Joe came out to evaluate and give a detailed analysis on how to resolve our cracked concrete floor in our garage. Joe was very detailed about what was to be done and also showed a video that clearly explains how the floor would be corrected. The FF crew, Tim, Alex, and Jayden, did a great job leveling my barn floor. There were several frustrating moments, but they remained calm and communicative through the whole process, and the clean-up afterwards was perfect.  Fortress Foundation came through, delivering what they said they would do! Another company wouldn't touch the job afraid of doing more damage to the structure itself. And your fiercest competitor was charging twice the price, and I know they could not have done a better job. I feel confident now that my barn will way outlast me into the next decade.
