We used Fortress Foundation Solutions for an urgently needed sidewalk lift on a new home we recently purchased, to help movers safely transport our contents.Riley responded quickly and Fortress worked with us to schedule the work two days before the movers arrived. The whole Fortress team was great at communicating, educating on the product and the process of lifting the sidewalk.The day the work was done, we were driving to our new home in West Virginia, but Ethan, the foam foreman, called and talked us through the work, then called again when the job was done to inform on how the job went, and sent a photo to show us the result and advised on follow-up care.Great people, communication, professionalism and results. Any future concrete or foundation needs, Riley and Fortress Foundation are on our “first to call” list.

Caleb came in a timely manner to give an estimate and worked us in the schedule quickly. Tim came to lift our concrete pads that house the HVAC units. This was done in a professional manner with minimal clean up. I would highly recommend the Fortress Foundation crew. Thank you both so much!      

Joe came out to evaluate and give a detailed analysis on how to resolve our cracked concrete floor in our garage. Joe was very detailed about what was to be done and also showed a video that clearly explains how the floor would be corrected. 30 years after having our sewer main replaced, our sidewalk and driveway had sunk and cracked in multiple places. We debated whether or not to replace the sidewalk and driveway but Fortress Foundation Solutions gave us a quote to raise, level and seal the concrete that was about half the cost.Throughout the process communication was great. We received materials via mail that clearly detailed the steps and process in the proposal. Our crew, Alex and Tim, walked me through each of the steps as they were doing them and made sure to consult me as they worked - verifying that the lift of the driveway was where I wanted it relative to the lip of the garage and that the sidewalk repairs were to my satisfaction. I was worried about the size of the holes that would need to be drilled but they are maybe 0.5” diameter and barely noticable. The end result was amazing - an almost 50 year-old sidewalk looks almost brand new. Alex and Tim do great work.I highly recommend Fortress Foundation Solutions to anyone I know who need basement or outdoor concrete work.
