Even though you were not the lowest quote I chose you because you were located in the city and since I am a business owner within the city I wanted to support other businesses. Rick was very thorough when he came to the house and went into detail to explain to me what had to happen to get my basement wall dry. I am just amazed they completed the project so quickly. I can't describe how relieved I am to have my basement flooding issues over. After receiving 4 inches of rain this week, not a drop of water in my basement due to the TripleSafe Sump System install by Fortress Foundation. A big thank you to Caleb Stone for answering all of my questions and recommending a solution that gives me peace of mind. My only regret is that I didn't contact Fortress Foundation years ago!

Was super impressed with Riley Ethier from Fortress Foundation Solutions. We needed an estimate for a foundation problem on my Mom's house. Riley showed up right on time and went right to work. We were having a work day at the house and people were coming thru to look at the home for purchase but Riley worked in between all the chaos. Very professional and provided a detailed estimate. He was able to educate us via a computer program that was a big help as well. THANK YOU

Nathan, Nick & Dakota were the installation crew. They were all very friendly, courteous & professional. They did a great job with the installation, even finished the job a day ahead of what was scheduled. Really looking forward to no more leaky basement, thanks !!!

The  entire company was great, but the crew was amazing, knowledgeable and super helpful. Very attentive to everything and answered all my questions. My wife and 6 month old daughter were upstairs the entire time and we were impressed with how "quiet" the install went. The crew cleaned up so well, you wouldn't have known they were there... I am highly satisfied and pleased with everything - 10 out of 10!
