They were prompt, thorough, informative, professional and overall one of the most pleasant work crews I’ve ever had at the house AND all while working through really challenging weather conditions.    In addition, Josh, the electrician, was simply a magician in solving the electrical requirements and including me in the process. I’ve literally never had so much fun working with an educated professional. Ever.    Also, the three of you working with my husband and I, given the catastrophic nature of our basement flood and scheduling us so quickly was sincerely a godsend.    I’d like to send this to the higher ups but didn’t know who they are. Even though you were not the lowest quote I chose you because you were located in the city and since I am a business owner within the city I wanted to support other businesses. Rick was very thorough when he came to the house and went into detail to explain to me what had to happen to get my basement wall dry. I am just amazed they completed the project so quickly. I was not able to be home during the installation so he kept me updated through texting pictures through the day.
