Matthew's background encompasses roles in customer service, sales, and recruiting. As a customer service representative for an insurance company, he fine-tuned his customer experience and communication skills. Transitioning from this role, Matthew entered New Construction Sales with a local home security company, providing him with valuable face-to-face interactions and expertise in delivering a WOW Experience to customers. His sales experience seamlessly led him into a recruiter role, where he engaged in international recruitment with biotech and pharmaceutical companies, identifying talent to contribute to the development of life-saving medicines. With the recruiting experience he gained, Matthew joined the Master Service team as the new Recruiter/HR Assistant. Not only did he find a company that utilizes his strengths, but he also found a new home away from home.
