SmartLevel Concrete started back in 2001 when co-owner Jeff Osborn began investing in rentals and flipping homes in the Columbus area. While he did much of the work himself, he also used local contractors to complete projects while pursuing a real estate license. By 2006, he joined Keller Williams Realty and quickly built up a real estate team. By 2008, he was recognized as a top agent by the Columbus Board of Realtors.
In the meantime, Zach Cantrell was also successfully running his real estate business. Zach approached Jeff with the opportunity to help homeowners in Columbus by restoring property value, peace of mind, and safety through concrete repair.
The pair looks forward to helping communities around the Columbus area preserve their curb appeal and redefine what it means to work with a homeowner.
