We have felt cared for through out this process. We ran into a plumbing issue during the waterproofing and Regional was wonderful about helping us resolve the problem and getting everything ready for our plumber so he could make his repairs and Regional could come back to complete the project. Thank you for restoring some sanity in our house. We are no longer "Weather Report Obsessed!"
Our lives were very stressful because of the basement flooding, but Mr. Mitchell was very calm. He helped us feel confident that we were going to be able to move beyond living with a basement that was flooding and that we would have peace of mind again. His knowledge of how foundation systems work and how to fix our problems made us feel calm again.
I LOVED these guys. They were hard workers, paid attention to details, and had the knowledge and experience to handle any "issues" that came up. They were always smiling, even when working in the heat and they were kind to me and my very interested in construction children. We actually miss seeing these guys (we don't miss the noise of the jackhammer though)!
They left our basement in great shape!
