Excellent! Very thorough and professional.
Examined what needed to been done and offered solution. He informed me of others services available but did not try to up sell me on anything. Simply asked if I'd be interested in any of them.
Again, excellent! Explained the process and worked with a great attitude.
Area probably cleaner than the way they found it!
