Soil erosion beneath the homeowner's walkway has led to cracking and settling of the concrete, resulting in an uneven surface.
Over time, the homeowner's driveway has developed increasingly severe cracks and settled, not only becoming unsightly but also posing a safety hazard.
Roots from a nearby tree had made their way underneath the driveway and pushed up on the concrete, causing the slabs to heave a crack.
Soil erosion underneath the concrete has caused the slabs to settle, creating a severe trip hazard.
The far end of the concrete lanai has settled and broken off from the rest of the slab, creating a significant gap between the perimeter walls and the slab itself.
