The helical piers are affixed to a home's footer using a galvanized steel bracket that is custom fit. These piers and brackets are buried under soils once installed leaving no trace of the work completed.
This home suffered from severe interior and exterior damage due to a sinking foundation. The walls and ceilings were pulling away from each other quickly.
These helical piers were installed around the perimeter of the home to achieve the much-needed lift the area needed. Once the foundation is lifted, cracks are closed and able to be sealed up for good.
