This home in Newberry, Florida had severe settlement cracks to the inside and outside walls.
This crack was large enough to cause a trip hazard on the patio, so these homeowners wanted it fixed right away.
Though hairline cracks in the concrete of the pool deck may initially appear minor, they are highly likely to worsen over time and may damage the channel drain's functionality.
Voids were found beneath the pavers on this pool deck, an indication of shifting and washed out soils conditions.
This process involved injecting expanding foam beneath the pool deck, strategically targeting areas affected by unevenness. This foam, typically a high-density polyurethane material, expands upon injection, gently lifting the concrete deck and restoring it to a level position.
Due to soil settlement and poorly placed control joints, the customer's driveway had significant cracking. You can see that some stains have formed, indicating that the concrete lacks sealant protection.
Due to the soil settling below, the concrete slabs on the pool deck have shifted, creating cracks and an uneven surface.
This homeowner wanted the voids filled under his sidewalk as well as having it releveled and sealed for added protection.
