LRE Foundation Repair takes careful measurements of all damaged areas of the home during their free whole-home inspection.

These homeowners experienced cracks growing larger where their ceilings and walls met. The home's addition room was pulling away from the rest of the house due to settlement and loose soil conditions.

Flowable fill, a liquid product that cures over time, was used around the perimeter of the home in order to fill the massive voids caused from washout. Once the product cured, PolyLevel, a two-part expandable foam, was injected under the home to compact underlying soils and add to the stabilization.
