Chris was very thorough with his inspection. He had pointed out things that I didn't notice when I first discovered that we might have a foundation problem. Chris pointed out that some windows and doors were off alignment because of the foundation settlement. There were cracks in the wall and the ceiling that were an indication of foundation settlement. Needless to say I'm glad I called TerraFirma out to inspect my home. We hired TerraFirma. They got right to work, and did an outstanding job. Chris was spot on with his proposal. Production cleaned up well after completing the job. Everything went very smooth.

My husband, a mechanical engineer, said he has heard good things through his business associates about TerraFirma Foundation Systems. Your office staff was all very helpful with fulfilling our phone call and email inquiries prior and after the start of our project. This includes an operations foreman in the Portland office that answered the telephone while no one was around in the late afternoon. He made a follow up phone call on the same day to provide answers to my questions and to ensure that my original message was passed along to the project superintendent. Keith was our contact and he provided us with a very thorough presentation on your product offerings with various options specifically selected to meet our repair requirements. We felt very satisfied with his expertise and recommendations. We did not feel pressured at any time to have to select the most extensive option versus the very basic. We relied on him to help us make the most appropriate selection for our project. He is a professional and we trust his input. He is quick to respond to all of our questions throughout the project. We did inquire about other repair services but not exactly similar to the piers. Once we received further information on how your product could secure our foundation, we felt it was the best fit for us. We were not overwhelmed with more than we needed as with other companies have a tendency to do. Your installation crew arrived right on time at 8 a.m. as promised. They were courteous and very accommodating. When we talked through the project details for the day at the start, I had requested a slight change to the original proposal and the project lead was able to comply without delay. It tells me your company trusts your crew to make appropriate calls on accepting certain changes and have the flexibility to process a change request without a long wait period for the customer. I was impressed that Keith was already up to speed on our request by the time I spoke to him later on. The cleanup at the project site was nice and tidy. I had your crew come back to finish up with gravel and concrete to avoid rain dump into the pier opening. Everything was done as requested and we are very pleased with your services. We will pass along your company name to our friends and colleagues. You can use us as a reference at any time!

Not only did I feel comfortable with the services that TerraFirma was able to provide for my specific project, but I was very confident that Ryan knew what he was talking about and gave me confidence they were the best option for my project. I appreciated the extra time that Ryan spent with me to make sure I knew exactly what the project entailed and how much it was going to cost me. I will be completing the project with TerraFirma.

I have nothing poor to say about my service rep Josh or the company as a whole. Once we work out all of the details we 100% plan to go with TerraFirma for our project and calling Josh as soon as things are ironed out. Just bought the house. Realtor said this was going to have to be done so they put us in the right direction of TerraFirma. This was cheaper than what the real estate agent said it was going to cost so we went with TerraFirma. Based off their website, reviews, the professionalism of the call center and Josh, we were very happy to give them our business and take care of our settling foundation.  Josh was excited to work with us and showed his creative mind when drawing up our design and estimate. Thank you 100 times! Our foundation was in poor shape. I thought foundation problems were reserved for homes built on hillsides and cliffs. Our house is on fairly level ground but over the years, windows are locked shut and doors don't open and close as smoothly as they used to. Haven't notices any cracks in the walls yet. Chris told us those show up in more severe cases. I was glad to hear that we weren't in really bad shape. I felt comfortable with Chris. He didn't try to up sell me or take advantage of my lack of knowledge in foundation science. It was a very low pressure setting and I felt comfortable doing business with a professional and confident company.

Great job Deryl and team! Our house is very old. We have been living there for about 15 years, but the house itself is about 70, so we wanted to make sure we were taking the proper precautions with working on an older home as well as give it a proper face lift. Our foundation had been settling for as long as I can remember. The cracks in the wall kept getting bigger so we decided to finally call someone. TerraFirma to the rescue! Deryl was our representative. He impressed us, and as you would call it "WOWed us every step of the way". The project was a little more invasive than we had thought with excavation but the installation guys cleaned up magnificently. You have an ace in Ryan Lahley. Treat him well! I feel totally comfortable having your company take on my project. I like having the reading materials sent out a head of time. They were very helpful. I received another bid earlier and it was so unclear to exactly what they were going to do. I realize after meeting with Ryan that the other company was giving me things I didn't need. Ryan took care of everything and made the process very easy.

On a project as big as we had on our hands, we wanted to make sure that we were getting the best possible solution out there from the best company. And also something that would be long lasting. TerraFirma provided exactly that. Josh made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision going with TerraFirma. All the information was simplified for me and I understood everything they were doing (for the most part) that Josh and his installation crew were going to perform.

Drew and his crew did a great job. They started on-time, and finished on-schedule! They protected the entrance with drop-cloth and cleaned-up each day. Very professional crew and easy to work with.
