I used to be a salesman that sold industrial supplies to your company. I scheduled an appointment for a free estimate and when Josh A. came to meet with me, he had the correct answers to all my questions and gave extra thought to all surroundings. Other companies that I got quotes from didn't seem as if they cared that much. When the guys showed up to do the work, they were on time, friendly and cleaned up when they were finished. Larger project with many aspects to it. Not only was our foundation falling down the hillside, but I had sagging floors which needed to be stabilized. TerraFirma provided all of the services. I was so happy to find a company that could provide both foundation and waterproofing services so I didn't have to go back and forth between 2 contractors. We love Josh. He was just a normal guy that was very skilled in his craft through, I'm sure, many years of practice. The plan was only a couple hundred dollars over my budget, and I was glad to pay a little extra to get the best service around.

He went above and beyond and came back the next day to explain things to my husband who was not their our first meeting. That meant a lot to me and a lot to my husband.

The fellas were wonderful and they did a good job! I would highly recommend them and have them back at any time. I was very impressed by their hard work and that they never stopped until the end. They were all nice, clean-cut and wonderful gentlemen.

In a word excellent. Nina at the call center was very polite and was able to answer my initial questions and schedule a time for Ryan to come out for an estimate. TerraFirma was able to provide the services that I need and Ryan was able to explain things in ways I could understand. The price seemed reasonable for the quality of service I needed and I felt that Ryan didn't need to do anything more to gain my trust or feel more comfortable. Ryan went above and beyond my expectations. We will be getting our service done through TerraFirma because they are the best in town.
