We contacted TerraFirma's call center for a free estimate. They were very courteous and helped me schedule a convenient appointment time. Josh showed up right on time. He even called the morning before to make sure everything was still scheduled. I'm glad he did, I might have forgotten. Josh did some tests outside and in the garage and showed me that my house had settled nearly 3 inches. I didn't know it was that serious. Never-the-less I was prepared to get this fixed immediately. Josh had the a very comprehensive plan that was going to fix the settling problem at all weak points. The price was fair and under my budget. By signing on the day of inspection I was able to take advantage of their preferred customer discount witch saved me some extra money on the project. By code of our HOA we are required to receive 3 estimate on all home improvement. Thank god they do. We were almost going to proceed with another company. Josh was in contact with us regularly since starting the project so we were never in the dark about what was happening next. Thorough work by Josh so far. There was some serious repair that needed to be done. The basement walls were getting pushed inward by too much pressure from the soils outside causing massive bowing. There were a few options we could have gone with for this repair. Replacing the wall was not an option. We went with TerraFirma's tieback products. They were able to straighten out the wall. Support it to reduce the chance of further bowing, and it was surprisingly a clean project. Jason got creative with this one and it turned out great. The technology is very impressive and we are very impressed with your staff. Good work overall!

The floors on the first story of our home are sinking and have been for years. We finally had someone come out a look at it. Now a marble doesn't even slightly roll. The floor boards don't creek when you walk on them, and it doesn't feel like you are on a trampoline when walking through the home. TerraFirma installed push piers underneath my home and leveled out the entire floor. Chris's original plan called for 3 piers and we trusted his design because of his confidence and professionalism. I am very glad I did. I'm so much more comfortable living in my own home and it is thanks to the exceptional plan by Chris, the production crew and the whole team at TerraFirma.

We had 2 helical piles and 4 hydraulic piers installed under our home to support the chimney and northern perimeter of the home. They started digging a lot and I was very concerned that I was going to have to redo my gardening, grass and bark chip spread, but TerraFirma took care of that for me. They saved the grass and garden, rebarked and replaced everything to as good as new. Chris did an amazing job with his plan.
