I had a few initial objections to the price. Kevin was very good at working with me to make sure I was completely happy with every aspect of the project. Kevin explained very well the benefits and necessity of getting this project completed now. The long term benefits to the quality of my home and the value of my home are well worth the repair costs. I was most comfortable with TerraFirma's plan vs cost than the competition.  Foundation problem are not going to fix themselves, in fact, they only get worse and more expensive. Kevin was very helpful in making sure we were well informed and making the best decision. For a job of this magnitude (raising the foundation of our house) we were naturally scared. But we needn't have been. Chad and his crew were wonderful. Informative, kind, polite and professional. Terra Firma installed nine piers to support my sinking foundation. My house is now in great shape and I can open and close all my doors easily. Foreman Drew brought excellent problem solving skills to deal with the unique challenges of my project and used his considerable knowledge to finish on time. I truly appreciated the care Drew took with my home, as if it were his own. I was also quite impressed with the finishing job on the concrete; it blends in with the old cement perfectly. I absolutely recommend Terra Firma to anyone looking for help with their foundation issues!

Everyone, from the office personnel, Ryan for the site visit, and interacting with Drew the foreman for the job was professional, enthusiastic about working with me and took the time to explain the process. It's Spring...I have lots of blooming flowers in my yard. When I talked to Drew, I told him not to worry about the flowers, Daffodils will bounce right back, and if they didn't, they would come up next year. Drew explained that he and his crew would be very careful not to damage bushes, flowers, etc. When I arrived home, after the work was complete, the only way I could tell the crew had been there was from the grass showing some foot traffic. Nothing extensive, more like when the mail carrier walks across the lawn. I went around the corner to inspect the work, everything was spotless. I could see that Drew and crew did the work, the two anchors were buried, and the ground had been dug up but flattened back down. The company and the crew really made this an easy and happy experience.

We had our basement waterproofed by Stephen and his crew on July 13. They were great to work with. Stephen did a great job explaining the work and modifying the bid as needed. They did a fabulous job with the clean-up. They even hauled off a bunch of stuff from our basement that had been there for years. I would use them again in a pinch.
