We shopped around for about 6 months before finding TerraFirma. We saw their commercial on TV and thought we would give them a call. Among all the bids we received, theirs was the most convincing and the best priced for the service. We thank Casey for that. Casey was exceptional. We had other options. TerraFirma was the best. Casey's plan was the most complete, I thought, and was going to give us the best results. Casey was very knowledgeable and listened well. Casey earned my trust and my business.

I have zero negative feedback for TerraFirma. I understand that TerraFirma is a newer (2004) to this industry than the normal company I work with in Omaha, but they use the same products, they have the same dealer, and they have the same core principles of quality, honesty and integrity with everything they do. The network of dealers in the nation does exceptional work and TerraFirma is no different. Ryan Thomas was the specific rep that I had the pleasure of working with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work was performed at the same high class and professionalism that Ryan started the relationship off with. The inspection went great. The installation went great. It was every I expected. 

During the last several years my house had begun to settle at the southwest corner. This year for some reason the settling accelerated to the point I had to walk uphil on the west end of the living room. I called Terra Firma and Casey was johnny on the spot. He used a zip level to determine my living room had settled 2 5/8" at the south west corner, with various other measurements all down the south and west sides of the house. When the work crew arrived I was so impressed with Jeremy and Kyle and Justin. They arrived as scheduled at 7:30am and were actually working within 4 minutes of their arrival! Not my usual experience I can tell you. And they worked their fannies off all day. These guys were professional and focused on their job. I do not believe I have ever been more impressed than I have been by this company and it's employees. You won't go wrong using TerraFirma. And ask for Jeremy and Kyle - what a team!

The Crew was very punctual, respectful and thorough! My complete experience was positive in every way. Sales presentation, work crew, completed project & clean up.  The office staff was polite and very helpful-responsive. Patrick was thorough in explaining every step. He was also respectful of my budget. I enjoyed working with him!

We first heard about TerraFirma at the home show in Roseburg. We were totally impressed with everything about your company and every person we had contact with! Casey was very pleasant and very knowledgeable when explained what needed to be done to fix our home. The crew arrived on time and within 3-4 minutes of their arrival they were working. And they busted their butt all day. I've never saw such a hard working team before! And they were all so courteous. If I ever hear of anyone in need of foundation repair, you can bet I will be mentioning TerraFirma.

We are very pleased with Patrick and his presentation - we are NOT having the work done by anyone else and will be contacting Patrick in the near future to set up a time for the work to be done. I never rate anyone as a 10 - but Patrick, his presentation and the TerraFirma product and systems rates a 9+. It was a very comfortable experience.

We were very pleased with the work that happened through TerraFirma. Patrick was very professional. We were very impressed with how he carried himself through the presentation, explanation and making sure we had all our concerns addressed and that we were comfortable with the entire project.  Being a local company I love the family feel that they give off.
