We were sliding down a slippery slope. The house wasn't built on the most solid of foundation, and we have started noticing more and more windows not opening, uneven doors and cracks in the wall around joints. We called in the experts, TerraFirma, to have a look. The helical pier system Casey designed was very impressive. We were essentially getting a new foundation without the expense of replacing the entire thing. I was amazed with the outcome! TerraFirma lifted my house to the point where the cracks closed up, doors swung freely and windows opened and closed with ease. We are more than happy with how things turned out and are more than happy to recommend your services. 

Our home looked like a play house. The floors were anything but level, and it was starting to sag anywhere you stepped. TerraFirma is a company out of Roseburg that drove down to Medford to inspect my house. I really appreciate them going the extra mile (literally) to meet with me. Ryan's plan was very simple; Remove the existing supports and shims that were clearly not working and install their product called Smart Jack. This was going to make it easy to make small adjustments as needed but, overall I felt like it was the best option for a long term solution. Ryan was sincere and personable and really took our opinions to mind with his project proposal. Great job to everyone at TerraFirma. You are truly the leaders in your industry.

We met with Systems Design Specialist, Ryan Thomas, May 3rd,2013. Previous to this meeting, we were sent a packet of information explaining the process. That was very helpful. Ryan evaluated our foundation and recommended that 20 of their piers be installed to fix the problem. He was very professional and explained exactly what would be done. We then scheduled the work to be done the week of May 20th. The 3 man crew showed up Monday and worked at digging holes in which to place the piers. We were most impressed with their work ethic. They were all very pleasant. When the piers were all installed, they cleaned everything up and even added multibark to cover the muddy areas from the digging. We did have some major cracking in one room, but Ryan had explained that we could expect that to happen. We would definitely recommend this company.
