Patrick was informative. Did not try to sell us what we did not want. Informative, cooperative, helpful in understanding system and products available. I really had no issues that concerned me because he was great at explaining the actions for my specific repair. Very polite and helpful. My favorite part with working through Patrick is that everything he said was going to happen happened. Phone calls and arrivals were on time. Follow ups were punctual. I really have no complaints about the entire process. Make it free and I think I'm in love. 

Overall I was satisfied with TerraFirma. Patrick Dunn was our estimator and gave us a great idea of what needed to get done and for how much. We quickly discovered no other company could provide the same service for a better price. TeraFirma was the clear cut decision for us. Patrick was very knowledgeable in his industry and we were able to work with him. Not many contractors are open to customer suggestions. Patrick left our inspection having answered all of our questions and when the production guys showed up, they were able to get right to work with no hassle from us. 10/10 and I would recommend TerraFirma.

TerraFirma delivered on all fronts. Call center courtesy, estimation accuracy and production efficiency. We were comfortable with the company throughout the project, and this was a serious project so we were a stickler about every detail. There was a little offer for discount. For the size of the project and how much money we committed to the project it might have been nice to get a little more off the up front cost. but 5% isn't too bad at all. Overall I'm pleased with the work and wouldn't change how anything turned out.

Before selling the home and getting the best value for the property, it was important that the foundation was stable and the bowing floors were taken care of. The best possible solution was TerraFirma. Not only were they cheaper than the other options we found, but based on their track record and work history we were comfortable with choosing them to work with. The estimation was given to us at the time of inspection which was extremely convenient as we had already received some quotes so we were able to ask the "why this and why that" questions on the spot and speak face to face. Our project was not an emergency but we definitely wanted to complete it asap. Our house is built on clay and experience a lot of settlement each year. This summer especially. TerraFirma and Ryan Thomas came to my rescue. I was able to schedule an appointment around a busy schedule and I thank everyone for being on time for everything from start to finish. The call center handled my call with courtesy, efficiency and an appointment was set to my convenience. Patrick was punctual to the appointment and was prepared for a thorough inspection. I felt like the products were the best option I found that would permanently solve my sinking porch foundation. Everyone did a great job, from the call center to installation and follow up. There was very little more TerraFirma could have done to make my experience better.

I recently called your company with concerns over flooding in our crawl space. I want to say, first of all, that the young lady I talked with on the phone was wonderful. She was kind, informative, thoughtful and kept in constant contact with me until an appointment could be made. Ryan Lahley came to our house to evaluate our crawl space problem and to make recommendations. He was simply awesome as well. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and I believe his recommendations made sense! I want to thank everyone involed for thier efforts in solving this problem.

Ryan is the perfect employee. He is personable, projects a very sincere persona and is very committed to his products. Our only initial hang up was financing the project so we just had to get things squared away with that before we moved forward. Ryan presented many different options for us on that front. We had already trusted his motive, so we were very comfortable with the financing options. We thought the call center was very polite and was able to schedule an appointment at my convenience. Ryan was punctual and I already expressed how we felt about his overall performance.
