We heard about Terra Firma by word-of-mouth and checked them out on Angie's List-positive reviews! Ryan T. came out for the free estimate appointment and he was very professional. We appreciated receiving in advance materials explaining the process. The crew arrived on time and they were absolutely all very polite and hard working. They did a great job cleaning up. They even covered muddy areas with multibark. Everyone we dealt with was top-notch! We will recommend Terra Firma to anyone needing their services.

Patrick D. was extremely thorough with his presentation. After hearing the history of our problems, he spent a long time inspecting and measuring the house. The video presentations plus his explanations were very informative to help us in making a decision. We cannot say enough about our appreciation for Patrick, your foreman Mike and his crew. Mike was very courteous and would explain things as they went along. He and his crew worked extremely hard to get the job done right. We would like to mention that the builder of our house has made repairs three or four times, including reinforcement work in the crawl space, fixing doors and repairing and repainting drywall. Each time they’d say it was a permanent fix, but within a year, new cracks would appear. We trust the work Terra Firma did is truly permanent.

My house had sagging floors all throughout the first floor. We weren't sure if we needed to do some major repairs or if there was another solution out there that was less intrusive and less expensive. After calling many foundation contractors, we called TerraFirma. They came out to take an inspection and had a perfect solution for the issue. TerraFirma has a very professional staff and everyone was well educated. All we are waiting to do is find the right time to have to project installed.

The call center was very polite and courteous. They handled my call efficiently and made sure to find a day and time that worked with my schedule. We also felt like the products and design that Ryan drew up was going to solve our problem. Ryan was excellent. He was honest and didn't try to sell us any services we didn't need. I would recommend them to others.

On a foreclosure, we were impressed by the timely fashion that we were able to schedule an appointment, get a System Design Specialist out to the home, give us a proposal and know what our options are. We are currently going through the details of purchasing the home and plan to have the foundation repair done by TerraFirma so long as everything goes right with the house purchase. There was some settling in one corner of the home and we want that corner supported and hopefully lifted to close up cracks. We are confident in the company and the product that our issues will be solved permanently. 

In rating your company, I am combining the work of a previous company and the work that you did. Your work was far superior to the previous company and your personnel were very professional. Your work has significantly changed our home (for the better) but obviously, it will take some time to rate the results. The representative on the other end of our first phone call was very professional and reliable, and all other office staff was a pleasure to talk to.  Pat was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. when making his appointments, he would call if he was going to be late and explain and give a new time - which was refreshing. Wes and crew were excellent. They worked hard, were friendly, professional, and tried to honor any requests that we had. Wes was also impressive from the perspective that you only had to mention something once and it would be completed. Wes and crew were excellent representatives for Terra Firma. The clean-up process could have been a little better but I realize that the nature of the installation can be destructive and dirty to the exterior of a home. The installation crew made a commendable effort to generally please us before leaving. We have had an on-going problem with the stability of this home for 20 years. About 8 years ago, we had another company attempt to stabilize the foundation - with no success. Being wiser after that job, I now realize that a primary difference between Terra Firma and most other companies is the work warranty of Terra Firma and the ability of Terra Firma to level a home and correct an existing problem as opposed to trying to stabilize a home (which is nothing more than stabilizing and leaving an existing problem). We were also impressed with the positive recommendations from previous Terra Firma customers (and we checked).

This was not an easy decision. We had so many different companies come out to estimate our project, sometimes a couple of reps from the same company came out. We know that we had a big project on our hands so we wanted to make sure we were getting all of our information straight and getting the best solution out there. Josh Anderson emerged the winner with TerraFirma! He was thorough and informative every step of the way. Trust me, we had a lot of questions. I was overall very pleased with the pre-construction, during and post efforts to make sure the neighbors weren't being disturbed and that my lawn/yard was getting completely ripped apart. The whole TerraFirma crew did incredible work. 100% A+

This was a time sensitive project and we needed to get it done quickly. Thankfully TerraFirma was available. Ryan Thomas came out, told me exactly what I wanted to know, and we take the next steps almost immediately. Absolutely a 10 on all foundation problems. They are the experts in the northwest. Don't make any home foundation repairs without speaking to TerraFirma first.

My thoughts on the representation is that he was factual and correct. I didn't have to shop around for another company. The crew came in and went straight to work and finished before schedule....they worked with out a break!

I was so lucky to have Kyle L. as the foreman and Mason for crew!!! What a great team they are. Very hard workers all day long. I was exhausted at the end of the day just watching them while I was busy drinking coffee. It is such a pleasure to work with a professional and respectful crew.
