After visiting us at the home expo in March, this homeowner explained to us the concerns he had over his sidewalk and driveway settling.  We explained to him more about our concrete lifting and leveling products, and he was sold!

This customer was having issues with their concrete sinking into the soil by a few inches. This was causing unlevel slabs and cracks to start to form. Luckily one of our inspectors knew how to save their beautiful driveway by using our PolyLevel system. By injecting foam in all the right spots, the concrete was able to rise to the desired amount. Now the customer can pull in and out of their driveway and not have to worry about the concrete cracking. You can see the difference by looking at the entrance to the garage and the thinning gap between the slabs.

This pretty home had a concrete driveway/sidewalk that was falling apart. We put it back together with PolyLeveling foam and NexusPro sealant. 

This home's front porch was sinking into the soil. The sinking was resulting in gaps between the porch and the home. We aimed to seal the porch back to the home using PolyLevel foam, which is injected under the porch. The foam expands, and raises the porch back to a precise, calculated level. We then seal the reduced gaps using NexusPro sealant, which will not allow water to reach into the cracks.

We used the PolyLevel Injection System to raise a concrete slab in Wilmington, Ohio.  Over time, the ground under a concrete slab can compress or wash away causing the slab to sink.  This can also create a tripping hazard.  The PolyLevel Injection System can be used quickly, with little mess, and will be ready to be used again very soon.
