A homeowner in Lebanon, Ohio called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati regarding some problems they were having with some sunken slabs on the sidewalk and driveway of the home.  We used Polylevel Injection to raise the slabs and Nexus Pro Joint Sealant to seal the joints of the driveway and sidewalk. 

Over time, the soil that was originally under the concrete slab can compact or wash away.  These leaves a void under the concrete slab and the slab will eventually sink due to not having support under it.  The Polylevel Injection will fill the void underneath the slab and raise it up.

We used PolyLevel Injection System to raise this sidewalk slab and sealed the joint between the step and sidewalk with NexusPro Joint Sealant.  Now the space between the sidewalk and the step is gone, and this walkway looks like new again. 

This home's driveway, sidewalk, and porch needed leveling and sealing. We were able to do it with PolyLevel foam and NexusPro sealant. 

This home owner liked our concrete crack repair so much in February 2023 that they wanted more of the same work done in late December, 2023. We used polylevel foam to raise certain parts of the stairs and sidewalk, bringing the concrete back to a level surface.
