Jesse Scott is a very likeable person - very personable and certainly knowledgeable. He immediately conveyed a sense of integrity and confidence. We felt completely at ease knowing he was in charge of the operation. Jesse gave us a thorough and well described outline of the project, the timeframe and anticipated cost.
Crew members were friendly and outgoing - also very considerate of our property. They were willing to explain what was going on and never seemed to tire of our questions. Blake is a master operator and John is a tireless, dedicated worker. These individuals exemply the meaning of team, never wasting energy needlessly nor duplicating effort. They work very well together and take pride in the results of their work!
We were a bit naive in not realizing how the lawn would end up being damaged in the process. That was a bit of a surprise, but this comment is not meant to disparage the team. Rather, it is suggested that you counsel future homeowners in a more dramatic fashion to explain what will happen as a result of the use of the heavy equipment.
