We decided to work with American Waterworks because of their reputation and the honesty of the company. Also, I saw some work that our neighbors had done by another company. It wasn't level at all, and it accumulated water. After speaking with the design specialist from American Waterworks about our concerns, we were more than confident in their work! The office staff is excellent. It was nice that they called to remind us of our upcoming appointment. Michel was our design specialist, and he was excellent! I called the office too, just to compliment him. The work the installation crew did was better than expected. Superb job! 10++ all the way around! 

On July 29, Troy and Corey completed the concrete work we had contracted with American Waterworks. The project included raising sections of our sidewalk and driveway and sealing some cracks and spaces between concrete surfaces and the garage structure. The crew was clearly knowledgeable and skilled and interacted with us in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner. The project was completed to our satisfaction. One corner of our driveway was quite low in relation to the street. In order to raise the driveway to match the street, a significant mismatch with the adjacent sidewalk would result. The crew spent considerable time measuring and leveling in order to define a plan that would achieve the best balance between adjacent surfaces. Pride in doing the job to the best of their abilities was apparent, and exactly the type of professional attitude that a homeowner can hope for. 

For the estimate, they showed up on time and spent a lot of time looking at the problem before deciding that the could be leveled using their PolyLevel procedure. They gave us a very reasonable quote, which we accepted the next day and scheduled the work to be done in about two weeks. On the day of the work, the crew called to let us know when they were about 10 minutes away and showed up well within the stated window of time. The crew spent a lot of time making sure everything was as good as it could get. They were very pleasant and professional. The results are nothing short of amazing! 

Thank you for the excellent work you did on our driveway. We have had so many compliments on the way it looks! The best part is no more water is coming into the basement and I don't have to pull weeds from the cracks anymore. I am very happy!

I've used services from American Waterworks previously for our church. The work was excellent and solved the sunken concrete, but also solved a drainage issue in the basement. The project still looks like new after 2 years. The office staff is excellent! The Design Specialist we met with, Brian, was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. The installation crew was outstanding and the clean up was great! I highly recommend American Waterworks and their concrete leveling services. The company is very professional and the workmanship is outstanding!!! 

Brandon & Mac were great to work with.  Of course the cost was plenty, but if the works last it will be well worth the investment.

The crew greeted me with confident handshakes and introductions which isn't always common in the trades. Trevor Ellingson and his crew of only one-but between the two of them they work like five- work extremely well together and are fast and efficient. As the slabs were being raised, Trevor explained what he was watching for and how the slab needed to be raised to prevent cracking or breaking. They kept everything clean and neat by picking up as they worked but never stopped working as they cleaned up. Hard working guys!!! They represent your services with pride and hard work. Well done! 

Office staff was very efficient, friendly and quick to respond.  Chad was excellent - no pressure, just quality information about American Waterworks.  Visuals were an added plus.  Troy worked diligently all day trying to lift a particular slab.  His professionalism was obvious.

I want to recommend American waterworks not only for the great job they did raising all of my cement sidewalk and repairing the broken pieces (saving me tons of time and money replacing it,)they came back and fixed one of the pieces that had settled. They do guarantee their work and it looks amazing!! I want to share the guys that came over to do the work are professional, meticulous and quick. The entire sidewalk was done within 2 hours in addition they added grout in between making it look like it was brand new. It truly is amazing how this process works. I am super happy with the job and would recommend American Waterworks to get the job done timely and they guarantee their work.
