Sinking Walkway Lifted in Plymouth, MN

A homeowner in Plymouth, MN had an uneven sidewalk and was worried that it was a tripping hazard. She decided it was best to address the issue right away rather than wait, so she started searching for concrete lifting services in the area. She found our website and was impressed with our 5-star reviews and decided to contact us to schedule her FREE estimate.  In a couple of weeks, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home to assess the sidewalk. He informed the homeowner that one of the common causes of a sinking sidewalk is soil compaction and settling. When a soil's load-bearing capacity is exceeded, the soil beneath the concrete expands and contracts, causing the concrete slab to sink and heave. For this reason, our Design Specialist suggested our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. The homeowner was grateful for his explanation and decided to move forward with the project.  In a couple of months, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The concrete is lifted by first drilling small holes into the slab. Then, the injection ports and installed, and PolyLevel is injected beneath the concrete slab. Once it has been lifted the crew will ensure that it is leveled before sealing the small holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew uses NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. Once they were done, they cleaned their equipment and left the home. Now, our customer can have peace of mind knowing her sidewalk is even! Are you experiencing something similar? Settling Walkway in Saint Paul, MN Lifted with PolyLevel

A homeowner in Saint Paul, MN noticed that his walkway in front of the steps had tremendously settled causing a bit gap between the slab and the step. After putting this project off for a while, the homeowner realized that it was time to get it fixed so he began searching for concrete lifting in the area and found our website. After browsing through our website, the homeowner was impressed with our 5-star reviews and decided to schedule his FREE estimate. In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Canon T., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection and answer questions. During the inspection, Canon explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of sinking concrete is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils keeping the concrete slabs upright. For this reason, Canon recommended our PolyLevel, a water-resistant polyurethane formula that allows for accurate lifting of the slab. Unlike traditional methods such as mudjacking, PolyLevel is efficient, cures quickly, and is cost-effective. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project. In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They lifted the settling walkway by first drilling small holes into the slab and inserting the injection ports. Using an injection gun, PolyLevel is injected beneath the slab, expanding and filling in the empty spaces of the soil. This causes the slab to lift to the desired level and the crew would then seal the holes with cement. Once they were done with the installation, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home. Now, our customer can have peace of mind his walkway and front step is no longer a trip hazard! Are you experiencing something similar? Click HERE and schedule your FREE estimate today!

Sinking Slab Lifted in Minneapolis, MN

A homeowner in Minneapolis, MN, had a sunken concrete slab at the front step of her home and knew that it impacted the curb appeal of her home. Knowing that the issue would continue to worsen, she decided to search for concrete lifting and leveling in the area and was directed to our website. Intrigued by our PolyLevel solution, she decided to contact us to schedule her FREE estimate.  In a couple of weeks, our Design Specialist, Brad W., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection, answer any questions, and provide the best solution for the homeowner. During the inspection, Brad explained to the homeowner that one of the most common causes of settling slabs is soil washout. When it rains or floods, water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slab upright. As this continues, gaps and holes can be found in the soil, and the slab would begin to sink. For this reason, Brad recommended our PolyLevel, our waterproof foam expanding formula that accurately lifts sinking slabs, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that provides flexibility and long-lasting durability. The homeowner was happy to move forward with the project and scheduled the installation date.
In a couple of weeks, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They lifted the concrete slabs by drilling small holes and inserting the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected, filling in the empty spaces in the soil, causing the slab to lift. Once it is lifted to the desired level, the crew seals the holes with cement. Lastly, the crew sealed the joints with NexusPro. Now, our customer's concrete concerns have been tackled! Are you experiencing something similar? Click HERE to schedule your FREE estimate today!
