He found an American Waterworks advertisement in the newspaper, so he called our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Marcus Nigbur. Marcus went to Donald's house, carefully inspected his concrete, and proposed a solution that would fit his needs. Donald was confident in the proposal and our products, so he went ahead with the project. Our Foreman, Tyler Brockway, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete surface, which is a special foam insulation that fills the voids underneath the concrete surface. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath the slab and to give the concrete a clean, polished appearance. AfterDavid S. in Harpers Ferry, IA was unhappy with his cracked and uneven patio. He wanted it completely level and to have the cracks sealed. After researching concrete repair contractors and receiving estimates, he was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel foam injection is an effective, quick and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair, and he moved forward with the project. Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes in the concrete slabs and then injected the polymer foam to raise the slabs to be even with the garage floor. Once the concrete was raised, the crew replaced the concrete in the holes and sealed the concrete slabs with our SealantPro which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look.
