I love the final outcome!  The grouting done by my garage doors is seamless.  All of the people working were so friendly.  They truly care that they're doing a great job.  Rick was very professional, thorough, believed in the product and very personable/easy to talk to.

 The office staff was great and very accommodating! Ben was my Design Specialist and he was terrific. He was very customer-oriented and spoke very highly of the company -- a true professional. My project turned out better than I anticipated! Exceptional crew -- very good at what they do.  I will definitely use American Waterworks for any additional problems. I liked the idea that you could use the driveway the same day and didn't have to tear up my yard.  Rick was very helpful and explained how the job would be done.  Brandon really knows what he is doing.  He was very careful, neat and made sure we were satisfied with the work.  He and his helper did a great job.

Trevor and Brevyn were very professional. They worked industriously and coordinated their duties very efficiently - Were very conscious of "clean-up" along the way - explained the unfolding process to me and welcomed my questions. They are great representatives for your company.

I want to recommend American waterworks not only for the great job they did raising all of my cement sidewalk and repairing the broken pieces (saving me tons of time and money replacing it,)they came back and fixed one of the pieces that had settled. They do guarantee their work and it looks amazing!! I want to share the guys that came over to do the work are professional, meticulous and quick. The entire sidewalk was done within 2 hours in addition they added grout in between making it look like it was brand new. It truly is amazing how this process works. I am super happy with the job and would recommend American Waterworks to get the job done timely and they guarantee their work.
