After meeting with Jim Kephart, he knew exactly what we were looking for. He did not pressure us into buying anything we weren't on board with buying. He totally understood the situation. When meeting Evan and Connor who installed the system, were great. They saved our house! MY husband and I stayed out of their way so they could work when Connor said he smelled gas. We definitely had a gas leak coming from the meter. The police and fire department were called and they had to quit working until the gas company came and fixed the problem. In turn, they were there and reported it to us.  Thank you Evan and connor!

I had some issues in my crawlspace that Tom helped me figure out what I needed to do to get it fixed. I ended up choosing Ayers to save on heating costs. I had cold floors and it took a lot to keep certain rooms warm during the winter. CleanSpace does a great job to keep my crawl space clean for storage and air and moisture out. Tom was very personable and the crew guys were great.

My basement was leaking water in so I called Ayers to help me. Tom was an excellent salesman and was timely in his arrival! The crew were very considerate, work focused and kept me informed every step of the way. The cost exceeded my budget that I had projected, but I felt your recommendation to do our entire basement was good advise.  I'm pleased with the outcome. Even considering that, I chose Ayers all together because of the price, warranty and scheduling.

The reason I chose Ayers was the price and what was being done for that price. I had a wall collapse and needed work done right away. Adam and his crew were very professional as well as the sales process. Ayers does a lot more than I thought!

Mike Remar took a look at our basement and lead us through all of the problem areas and reassured us that with your help we could make sure this never happened again. We had WaterGuard and the TripleSafe Sump Pump system installed and the crew that did the work were professional, hard working, they went the extra mile, confident, and patient. Simply excellent!  What sold us on Ayers was they have good reviews, good products, and a great book, "Dry basement Science". 

My experience with Ayers was great! Everyone was very polite and explained everything and brought to my attention my 2 water leaks. The 2 hardworking guys that made up the installation crew were very courteous. I chose Ayers because of the dampness in the crawlspace. It was hurting the sale of my house but because of you guys my house is SOLD! Thank you!

I chose Ayers Basement Systems because of the moisture problems in my Crawlspace. Mike T. educated me on the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier System. He was very personable and knowledgeable as well as the crew that came and did the physical work.

The installation crew was professional, courteous, respectful, and hardworking. The Project Manager worked very hard to work out the needed job specifications.

Terry was very good and efficient. The guys did their jobs and were great. It was a lot of work, again, Terry was wonderful in organizing with Wyatt's help. My crawl space had un wanted moisture, there was an unhealthy smell in the air that needed to go. Thank you Terry, Wyatt, and Ayers staff. 

Now that both projects are completed, I wanted to take the time to thank your company for following through and finishing these major projects. There were a few blips, as expected, but nothing major. Most of the blips resulted from a disconnect between what was ordered and what the installers brought down to Dowagiac. I want to especially thank foreman Tyler on the egress window job. He and his team worked their butts off, and the expertise Tyler brought to the egress job was impressive. You should be grateful to have such a solid employee. Devin and all the guys who were involved were polite and respectful. They represented Ayers well. I will consider Ayers for any other projects in the future. In the meantime, good luck to all.
