I wanted to let you know what a superior crew you sent to install my Ayers Basement drain. Dillion, Ben, and Matt are three very thoughtful and courteous young men. They took extreme care with all my property. In addition, Dillion proved to be very knowledgable and capable of solving problems when he discovered the "discharge" had not been planned for. Even with a tight perimeter and lake limitation, Dillion was able to find a solution that satisfied all of us. The young men out of their way to assist me with a piece of furniture and some leftover rock for my driveway. They can come back to work at my home anytime! Thank you.

He gave me a very detailed book on Ayers services and various systems and also showed me a computer simulation of water accumulation around a house and how it starts to seep in at the weakest points and how their system works to prevent this. Nate Monear and Matt Houghtaling did a great job waterproofing our basement. They left no mess the job looks wonderful, and even with some house construction problems they discovered, they got the job done neatly and very professionally. Virgil, Thank you for assigning Jon and Marty to put in the Sump Pump in my basement. Both of them represent exactly the employees you want to represent Ayers. They were very professional, extremely pleasant and courteous, and very hard workers. 1.They taped off the section as I had asked you to arrange and when I thanked them, they just told me that was what they do as part of the job. 2. When they looked at the plans that Todd had recommended, they decided the drainage system would not work as planned.  They walked around the house and developed options that the discussed with me, even though it meant extra work for them.  They then had to obtain the extra parts (piping).  Also, it meant the job would take much more time.  The facts are, I would have been willing to pay extra and told Jon that, but Jon immediately said no, the job would cost what Todd ha estimated.  (I expect I should thank you for that-that is probably company policy, but Jon did it pleasantly and with style.) 3. As I may have mentioned to you (or maybe I hadn't), my husband has mild dementia.  He was not home when Jon and Marty arrived, but came home while they were working and was in the basement watching his TV during their work.  They interacted with him in a very sensitive way, even though I had not told them about his dementia. 4. They cleaned up the area.  I did not have to take a dust cloth or shop vac to clean up. 5. Jon check the sump pump that Ayers put in last year to make sure it was still working.  Again, that was an "extra." These are two guys you want working for you. I was very satisfied with the work performed. The installation crew were professional and hard working. Vic, the foreman kept me informed and answered any and all my questions. There are a couple of reasons we choose Ayers Basement Systems, the Project Manager spent time explaining the system and how it wokrs. He didn't rush in and out. The price was slightly lower than other companies. Project Manager followed up after the initial visit with additional information via mail.

We are so grateful for you and your crew. What a nice group of gentlemen. Never have we witnessed this level of integrity, par for the military, from your honesty to your work ethics. Moreover, you were generous with our two boys trying to run circles around your patient crew when they should not have been around at all.
