Mike came to Ayers in 2014 and found his passion in helping homeowners during their time of need. Since then, he’s guided and trained dozens of newer team members to understand the huge impact we make when we repair the basement, crawl space, and foundation issues in customers’ homes. “I’m grateful to be here and making a difference in people’s lives,” he says.

A resident of Eaton Rapids, Michigan, Mike lives with his wife, daughter, and their two dogs. He’s an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing. During summer, the family enjoys camping and trail riding together.
