Zach likes hands-on work and has held multiple positions in the construction industry, from building decks and roofs to laying concrete. He’s glad he made his way to Ayers and can improve the lives of homeowners by making their basements, foundations, and crawl spaces safer and more comfortable. “It’s rewarding to see how our work provides much-needed relief and peace of mind to the families we serve,” he says. “Our customers make me want to do better and be a better person.”

Family is important to Zach, and he enjoys spending time with them on his pontoon boat and in the water. He also likes bringing his wife’s ideas to life with his woodworking. The couple has three sons and two dogs and makes their home in Big Rapids, Michigan.
