Drainage issues have always been a problem at our house for a few years now due to new construction altering the dispersion of water on our block. After attempting several solutions, including a standard french drain, we finally looked for a drainage solution we could rely on to handle the amount of water we get in Central Florida. From the first visit, I could tell these folks know their craft. They designed a custom solution, and within a few weeks we had a crew out to install new underground drains, a buried pump and EZ-Flow system. The crew was friendly, very professional, and efficient. Despite a lot of digging and stone hauling, Antonio and his crew barely left a trace -- even carefully replacing the sod. Antonio also took time to demo the drainage system with a garden hose for me and I'm almost looking forward to a torrential down pour to see this system in action. I can't recommend this service enough! We also decided to have LRE encapsulate our crawlspace and add a dehumidifier to it. Michael and that crew spent a few days in that crawlspace taking care to get it cleaned out and then sealed off with a dehumidifier. They were also very professional and friendly and as someone with a bit of claustrophobia, the fact they always had a smile on their faces when speaking with me was extra impressive! The house is already less damp feeling on cool days.

I have an older home in an historic area in Tampa that had sagging floors and needed a fair amount of foundation repair work. Needless to say, I wanted it done properly, so, I decided to get 5 companies in to quote. After receiving all the quotes and planned proposals for repairing the foundations, there was no doubt in my mind that LRE Foundation Repair was by far the best company for me to go with, for several reasons. Before they came out to access and quote, LRE mailed me an 81 page booklet on foundation problems and repairs – published by an independent company - Foundation Supportworks. This gave me a good understanding of different foundation problems and why they happen, including sagging floors - and the best way to go about fixing them. There was also great information on various jacks and piers and when to use what etc. which was invaluable to me when looking at what the other companies had proposed. The Design Specialist LRE sent out to access the situation and to give a proposed plan and quote was someone who had years of experience doing the actual work. This guy was Zac Spardello. His professionalism and customer service goes beyond the expected. He took photos, liasoned with their engineering dept before he came up with a definite planned proposal and quote. Zac took time explaining to me what was wrong and had images of everything including problem areas, and how and why they proposed fixing it in certain ways, along with the with the information I had gained from the booklet. When I compared his proposed plan to the others, it was clear that he really knew what he was talking about. Other companies had in some cases sent out Estimators who clearly had never done the actual work and it showed as they had given very generalized solutions, when I compared plans. LRE was the only co who had a combination of replacing areas of old wood plus adding additional wood as well as jacks and metal beams, along with repairing/ replacing 4 brick block columns, and redoing the subfloor in certain areas. Some companies proposed only adding wood, others only metal, and this combination of materials that LRE proposed seemed to cover all basis. Permits. LRE was ready to go with permits within about a month, and they gave me a definite starting date within days. I was told by most other companies I’d have to wait at least 6 weeks to get the permits, and one company said they didn’t need it as their solution only required jacks. Which is probably fine in some instances but in this case where I knew a fair amount of work was needed, I felt better about having permits. With LRE, everything was done to code and with engineering reports. LRE also offers a 25-year guarantee which is transferable to the new owner if the house is ever sold. They also offered a 5% discount if I signed with a certain time frame. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, all adding up to why I chose them. In conclusion, the work was done on time and the results were even better than I expected. I was not in Tampa during this time, I was kept in the loop with updates by phone and photos. A big thank you to Zac for all his help and support, as well as Tavian the foreman, and his team who did all the work. An added bonus is that a few weeks later I got a call from a co that was going to spray the soil under the house which would take care of any termites as the soil had been disrupted with the foundation work, which was all paid for by LRE as part of their repair package.

We had a problem with rain water collecting in the corner of the pool deck, which seeped into the Florida room. We called several contractors and none of them were able to offer a solution. We saw an ad on Facebook for LRE and thought we would give them a call. Rick came out and looked over the area. He knew right away what needed to be done. He said they could install an exterior drain and pitch the cement in a way the water would drain away from the Florida room. We received a quote and went ahead and scheduled the work for a Thursday. Rick called and said they could come Tuesday if we were available and this worked out for us. On Tuesday, Rick and his assistant arrived exactly on time. They explained what they were going to do and got to work. Aside from them taking a much needed lunch break, they worked the entire time and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up any signs of mess and left the site in perfect condition. The drain is exactly what was needed and we no longer need to worry about the heavy rainy season. I can't thank Rick or LRE enough. I'm so pleased with the work they did and I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide. 

I really enjoyed working with LRE! From the first consultation, all through the job clean up, they team was very professional and took pride in their work. We needed to have our crawlspace treated and checked out a lot of companies that just poked their head into the space and gave me a very large estimate. At your company, Brian arrived on time and immediately went to work, spending time reviewing every corner of our crawlspace. After that, he measured our floors to determine heights and sagging areas. In less than a day, he prepared an impressive report with various approaches and options. Once we scheduled the job, Trace, our supervisor, and his team arrived on time and provided a thorough explanation about the work, what to expect in the future, and answered my MANY questions with patience. They knocked out the job in the estimated time and then let me come review their work before cleaning up. It was clear they took pride in what they did and were eager to have me give it a lookover. After having such a hard time finding support for such difficult work, I was incredibly grateful to find LRE. 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank LRE Foundation Repair for a job well done on our home in Newberry in regards to underpinning and grouting repairs. We were very hesitant to begin the repairs after the initial shock of learning we had two sinkhole anomalies on our property causing ground shifting and damages to our home. LRE calmed our fears and anxiety. From the initial visit, all the way to each crew, we can't tell you enough what a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable sinkhole repair business you LRE Foundation Repair is. The job went as planned and there were no surprises. The workers came together in a few vehicles as possible, professionally dressed, and conducted themselves in a very professional yet approachable manner. They bent over backwards to make sure no neighbors' property or the street was inaccessible to the neighbors as well. We did not sustain any damages to surrounding structures and you even were able to salvage as much landscaping as possible. All questions asked during the process were answered appropriately and in a timely fashion. The crews set up their equipment daily and took everything away at the end of each day. Their cleanliness is above reproach. The crews put 100% attention to the job at hand everyday they were here. It was unfortunate the crews had to endure 30 degrees or lower temperatures, on some days, but that didn't stop their forward progress. I had to make them stop and warm up a few times being the mother hen that I am. We were so satisfied with LRE Foundation Repair and do not want you to ever hesitate to offer or phone number to prospective clients so we can answer questions they may have from the homeowners' point of view. We will never hesitate to refer your company to anyone who may be having sinkhole problems and needing repair. One last note is your warranty on the underpinning. No other company on the market can compare to your warranty, longevity in the business, high standards, and being members of the Better Business Bureau as well as industry memberships. The crew professionally took care of my soil erosion problem and represented your company very well. There was no trace of their visit present afterwards. They demonstrated the importance of having done many similar jobs and in taking care of my issues. I got two other quotes from other foundation repair companies, one of which offered me money if I let them store equipment on my property overnight. Your representative was very courteous and informative. The other two companies' quotes were the same as yours, so your sales representative was the reason why I chose LRE Foundation Repair. Plus, he didn't offer me any money under the table. I look for honesty in a company. It's my number one criteria.

Mike Guy and his crew came and out to work on my 100-year-old house using smart jacks. They were very polite even when the city I live in messed up the inspection and didn’t show up, which cost them an entire days work. They did a lot of work in very hot conditions, and in a pretty tight crawlspace. I’m very happy.
