After attempting several solutions, including a standard french drain, we finally looked for a drainage solution we could rely on to handle the amount of water we get in Central Florida. From the first visit, I could tell these folks know their craft. They designed a custom solution, and within a few weeks we had a crew out to install new underground drains, a buried pump and EZ-Flow system. The crew was friendly, very professional, and efficient. Despite a lot of digging and stone hauling, Antonio and his crew barely left a trace -- even carefully replacing the sod. Antonio also took time to demo the drainage system with a garden hose for me and I'm almost looking forward to a torrential down pour to see this system in action. I can't recommend this service enough! We also decided to have LRE encapsulate our crawlspace and add a dehumidifier to it. Michael and that crew spent a few days in that crawlspace taking care to get it cleaned out and then sealed off with a dehumidifier. They were also very professional and friendly and as someone with a bit of claustrophobia, the fact they always had a smile on their faces when speaking with me was extra impressive! The house is already less damp feeling on cool days.
