I have to say, since I moved to Florida 8 years ago I have had a lot of work done by different contractors and NONE were as professional and courteous and helpful as Rick and his crew. When I had a question they made sure they answered it to where I understood it. I had estimates from 2 other companies and it didn't appear to me they were really very knowledgeable about what I wanted done. Tyler on the other hand understood what I needed done and his proposal was right on point.

I read reviews all of the time before making a decision to use a company. But, I have never taken the time to write one until now. LRE should start a business on how to run a business! All of the personnel, from the sales team to the service techs, were great - especially Justin and Jay! Communication was outstanding and questions were answered promptly, if not immediately. Justin even called when he and Jay were about 30 minutes out and when they arrived in uniform, introduced themselves, and looked at the job, they explained how they would handle it and went right to work. Both were polite, friendly, and professional. This is exactly the way you would hope someone to be when you are having work done to your home. I would not hesitate to recommend LRE. It was a stress-free experience!

The cleanup was excellent. Rick took me around, showed me all the work that was done and I think it was he who sent me pictures of the work in progress. We are very satisfied with this crew as well as the first "pier" crew. We originally contacted you based on your reviews. We were very impressed with the salesman, Brian, and didn't even get a second estimate.

I am writing this let you know about the performance of two members of LRE Foundation Repair -- Mike Johnson, as Crew Supervisor, and John Mitchell, who finished the sinkhole drilling yesterday at our property in Spring Hill. They started promptly each day and were meticulous about every detail of the job. Great care was taken to minimize any impact to the property. All work was neatly done in a very professional manner. After each task was completed clean up removed every sign of activity. I don't believe the area around the pool has ever been quite as clean, including large glass sliding doors.

From the first call I made to LRE Foundation Repair everyone was very professional. Your repair experts were kind and could not have done a better job. They were very clean and I was so impressed by their expertise in sinkhole repair. I was also impressed by how courteous and kind each of the workers was. I felt that I had to send you this to say THANK YOU!. This "Event" as I call it, has been haunting me for a year next week. I was an extremely unhappy homeowner when I was told that I had a sinkhole problem. My concern was the safety of my house, and driveway for my son, and all his friends playing around the house. When it came to picking a repair company I kept my eye open around Pristine Place, and I always said to myself, LRE seems to be soooooo clean and neat! Then my neighbor across the street had your men at her house in the summer, and they were so super nice and polite. So, upon signing the contract with LRE, I begged to have the "Boss Man" and his crew. All LRE Foundation Repair employees, the office staff included, worked very professional and were available whenever we had any questions. The crews that were on our property were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. They even helped us locate a missing key we needed and voluntarily assisted in looking for a second key late at night.
