In this ever changing world we live in, I have observed that customer service is not a high priority as it once was. It gives me great pleasure to write this letter to you about one of your employees, Jimmy Myers. My first encounter with Jimmy was taking pictures of my property and explaining the procedure of the sinkhole repair. He was very thorough in his explanation of the job and possible damages that may occur in the course of that job. He was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and I found him to be a very personable young man. Throughout the eight day job, I spoke with Jimmy at least three times. He made sure the job was being conducted properly and to see if I had any complaints, which I did not. On one of those occasions the ring around my pool ladder was broken and replaced immediately. He came to the property after the grouting job had been complete, took pictures and checked for damages. In checking my sprinkler system, he noticed that some of the heads needed adjusting, which he did and took the time to clean and uncover the grown-over grass on the "donuts" around the sprinkler heads. He mentioned that he would have the crew pressure wash the driveway due to tire marks. Just when I thought this young man had already gone above and beyond, four days had passed, he returned to my property with a pressure washer. He explained that all crews were busy and he did not want me to think that he had forgotten about the driveway. I cannot say enough great things about Jimmy. You are very fortunate to have this young man working for your company. I found him to be a refreshing change from most of the encounters I have had with his generation, especially in the business world. He is truly an asset.

I had a crew out to the house today to address some settlement of my pool deck. The entire crew was exceedingly polite, kept me informed of their progress, and cleaned up their mess before leaving. Everyone was professional, and after having some idiotic roofers at my house last week, your crew's professionalism was very, very appreciated. Thanks for a good job.

Could not say enough nice things about the people at LRE, but especially Jennifer Harris. She is such a nice girl, sweet, and a gem; you are very lucky to have her and better never let her go!

We have chosen your company to repair our sinkhole personally because you are local, have many years of experience, you train and educate your employees to respect their work, and be a team player. No one wants to hear their property has been affected by the dreaded sinkhole diagnosis, but when it happened, your company was quick to respond, comforting and educational when we needed it the most. We were very impressed with both the drilling and the pumping crews with LRE Foundation Repair Especially the pumping crew. It was obvious that they like their work. They were very polite and funny. The whole process went much better than I expected. They kept us informed every step of the way. The LRE office staff have been really good to work with as well. A very good company!

I would like to say Monday was an extremely frustrating day after the incident that happened in my unit with the water pipe. With that said I would like to commend Chris Kawa for the way he handled the situation. He remained calm, was extremely professional, and put us at ease that it would be resolved that day. Chris was the last one to leave at 8:40 pm. When I came downstairs he was still scrubbing my floors as he was walking out the door. Chris showed an immense amount of dedication to his work. He showed he cared about his customers which is not something you can say about a lot of employees in businesses these days. His follow through was excellent. We are very please from start to finish with the work done by LRE The daily cleanup was well done and the final cleanup was great. All of your employees were polite and courteous. Our neighbors were all very impressed and grateful as to how clean you kept everything daily.

Very happy with the job LRE did. The cut was perfect where the new drain was put in. It looks very clean and neat. I was worried about just doing the new pool deck, but you guys did such a nice job,  it looks great! I will definitely recommend you to others! 10/10

I was extremely impressed with the communication and reliability - especially in the construction trade. I was also impressed by how respectfully the crew leader treated his crew, and how much LRE seems to truly appreciate their employees. I have used LRE in the past, about 12 years ago and I am still very confident with their work. I will certainly recommend. 

We didn't know what to expect, we just knew our driveway on the hill had lots of cracks and wasn't looking nice anymore. It certainly was not going to get better by us! Our first call and last call was to LRE. Their team was here for four days, working in Florida's relentless humidity and heat. Mike S., Chris S., and Jagren C. explained each step as it was going to happen and as many times as it took to get us to comprehend. They weren't going to leave until we were satisfied, the way it should be. We learned a lot and highly recommend LRE for any concrete services you need. Do yourself a favor and at least get a their quote, and then let them work for you! Quite an education!

I know customers usually write a note or statement after work has been finished, however, this isn't about the work. This is about your Design Specialist Zac Spardello. This young gentleman I want you to know, how nice, polite, and knowledgeable this man was. I'm assuming he told you of my experience with another company, I'm not complaining, but I was so upset about prices. But when I met Zac, he helped me and set me focused on the real things. To make a long story short - Zac was very informative and his kindness and patience with me helped me make my decision. You should be very proud that this young man represents your company so well. I'm hoping that the work being done will make me feel as good as Zac did. 

The lifting and poly crews did a fine job. Corey, Michael, and BJ were a great team. They were professional, courteous, and had an excellent sense of humor that kept me relaxed in what would otherwise be a stressful situation. Communication was also excellent. All crew members were happy to answer any questions and explained their techniques quite well. They showed respect and care for my property. I would highly recommend them.
