Had a sinking foundation and floor slab, repaired the foundation but still had a sinking slab Brian Patrick set up a appointment to have the slap expert (Sara Millo and Bill Taylor) come out and correct the problem. On the appointed date and time she came alone with her helper evaluated the problem and informed me with a positive attitude that the problem would take about two hours to fix , true to her prediction the leveling was completed, area clean up in less than time allotted truly a hard working and a professional individual one I would recommed for this type of repair. Thanks Brian for all the great help in getting my repairs completed.

Ryan Overcash was professional, genuine, and thorough. He was very intune to just what our personal goals, needs, and concerns were. He was so easy to work with and was very knowledgable. I was extremely hesitent to have a foundation inspector come because i have been warned by a couple contractors that foundation companies exploit non-issues for profit. He inspected my entire house, alongside the crack in the concrete subfloors i called about, and gave a thorough explanation of how the issue was only cosmetic. He also pointed out potential signs for bigger issues in areas i didnt know to look at or what to look for. I now have a game plan for and knowledge of just what real movement looks like and what areas it affects. This knowledge is golden! This company (and Ryan) has our loyalty. Working with the team at Arizona Foundation Solutions was a great experience. Victor did a suberb job explaining the process and costs involved. David and Kaliq arrived on time, gave us a courtesy call beforehand, finished on time and left no trace except for our repaired stem wall. They even noticed that the damage was less extensive than anticipated and were able to do the needed repairs at less than the quoted price.

It was such a pleasure to do business with a professional Company. From my initial call to the price quote scheduling and finally the repair needed on our foundation. I'm sure you all are all tired of the excuse of well it's COVID that caused the poor service.  This Company did their job and well without one mention of COVID.  YEAH.  KUDOS TO BEING THE BEST.  I had other quotes and I'm very happy I chose ARIZONA FOUNDATION SOLUTIONS.

The office staff and field workers are all very friendly. It took a few days to get my project scheduled, but once it was I had no issues. The repair work done to my stem wall was great. They cleaned up after themselves very well and put my landscaping back to the best of their ability. I would use this company again.

Sarah came to our house in Prescott to do the concrete/poly repairs and she was fabulous! Very informative as to what she was doing. There were several more cracks to fix than she had anticipated but she stayed until after 8pm until they were all fixed. She was so amazing!

Andrew was on time, looked over our structural concerns, offered two solutions, and he did not pressure us. He left his business card saying that he looked forward to hearing from us once we were ready to move forward with repair. We had a price quote, we understood our foundation situation, and we felt that we had received an excellent first appointment and appraisal.

Communication was very good. Everything was explained in detail. Chris Ortiz clearly explained the process when he came out to do the estimate. Crystal in the office assisted with scheduling and worked around my difficult schedule and a time crunch. Sarah came out to do the work with her assistant. Everything was explained. Cracked concrete was stitched and the patio raised a bit. I was a bit disappointed one area could not be raised higher but understood the reason. Sarah was careful to avoid stressing connecting structures. Time will tell if the process will hold up as much as I hope. This particular process made the most sense. I will be having another company do the resurfacing of the patio.

I had had another stem wall repair concerned to come out the day prior and gave me an $1800 quote. You are technician looked at the problem and told me that this was minor work that could be done by any homeowner and I did not need to spend as much money. I feel that this was a more honest answer regarding our stem wall problem as I’m sure the technician would want your cut, need to make money. I thought the technician was extremely honest and fair. Should I have a need for stem wall repair or any problems that require a professional, there will be no doubt in my mind who I will be calling. I do appreciate the excellent prompt service and the booklet that I received in the mail!
