Freddy came out and looked at a hole in the foundation. Didnt try to charge me extra or do any sort of devious behavior. Turns it it was spalling and was fixed by drying out the ground and patching the hole. Appreciate you all very much. Great company.

Andrew was on time, looked over our structural concerns, offered two solutions, and he did not pressure us. He left his business card saying that he looked forward to hearing from us once we were ready to move forward with repair. We had a price quote, we understood our foundation situation, and we felt that we had received an excellent first appointment and appraisal.

Communication was very good. Everything was explained in detail. Chris Ortiz clearly explained the process when he came out to do the estimate. Crystal in the office assisted with scheduling and worked around my difficult schedule and a time crunch. Sarah came out to do the work with her assistant. Everything was explained. Cracked concrete was stitched and the patio raised a bit. I was a bit disappointed one area could not be raised higher but understood the reason. Sarah was careful to avoid stressing connecting structures. Time will tell if the process will hold up as much as I hope. This particular process made the most sense. I will be having another company do the resurfacing of the patio.

I had had another stem wall repair concerned to come out the day prior and gave me an $1800 quote. You are technician looked at the problem and told me that this was minor work that could be done by any homeowner and I did not need to spend as much money. I feel that this was a more honest answer regarding our stem wall problem as I’m sure the technician would want your cut, need to make money. I thought the technician was extremely honest and fair. Should I have a need for stem wall repair or any problems that require a professional, there will be no doubt in my mind who I will be calling. I do appreciate the excellent prompt service and the booklet that I received in the mail!

The office staff and field workers are all very friendly. It took a few days to get my project scheduled, but once it was I had no issues. The repair work done to my stem wall was great. They cleaned up after themselves very well and put my landscaping back to the best of their ability. I would use this company again.

Bryan "Wooly" came out to look at my project (cracking and peeling on a sport court) and did a very detailed review. He provided several options and followed that up with a quote the following day. I would certainly do business with Bryan and AZFS in the future (hopefully not needing it however).

I am in the process of selling my home in N. Scottsdale. During the buyer's inspection, it was determined that there were some cracks in my Stem Wall. I called Arizona Foundation Solution and spoke with a very nice lady. I think her name was Nancy. I told her what I needed and she was able to get Bryan "Wooly" out to see my house the next day. Bryan was very good at communicating with me and in fact, he called prior to our appt and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come over earlier. I mentioned I was in a meeting but could be available at 11:15am. He showed up right at 11:15am. He walked around the foundation and pointed out where the water was getting to the concrete and rusting the rebar. He then explained how they would chip out the cracks and repair the area with with a new type of rebar that doesn't rust. I was very pleased with Bryan professionalism and he made sure all my questions were answered. He also provide me with a fair quote the same day.
