Our Residential Consultant, Ryan Overcash, came to our home and assessed our project with input from AFS Engineers. Ryan was thorough in his assessment, recommendations and followed through on every aspect of the pre-job items as promised. We had a great experience with AZ Foundation Solutions. Unfortunately, it was expensive, but not far off from other quotes that we received. We chose them for our stem wall repair due to their use of the composite rebar that can never rust. Bryan W. came out and explained the process very well and the job was scheduled. About a week before the start date we received a call that there would be 1 week delay due to a crewmember’s injury. Caleb, our repairman, called on the first day to inform us that he would be late due to theft at their shop. He was only about 30 min late. The second day he also called to advise that he was running late, but he wasn’t. We also added some work to the contract which he completed that day. Both Bryan and Caleb were great to work with. Both are great guys, explained everything to us, kept us ‘in the loop’ (their communication was terrific) and our repaired stem wall looks great.

We had stem wall work done over three years ago and were very satisfied with the work. For that reason, we recently asked for an inspection of another crack unrelated to the previous work. The inspection was done by Bryan Wooldbridge who was very cordial and professional, and provided a timely estimate that we intend to accept shortly.

I contacted Arizona Foundation Solutions for a consultation on addressing issues with the stem wall on my house. Areas were chipping and flaking away and I was not sure if it was problematic or a cosmetic issue. ***** Wooly ********** came to my home and completed his inspection. First, let me state, Wooly is amazing! He was in contact prior to his arrival, was on time, and did not rush through any of the conversation. He addressed all of my questions as if they were "good" questions and took additional time to educate me and ensure I was comfortable with the information he was sharing. While I ultimately did not go with Arizona Foundations to complete the patch work, I would not hesitate to recommend Wooly and his Company to my friends and family.

I am in the process of selling my home in N. Scottsdale. During the buyer's inspection, it was determined that there were some cracks in my Stem Wall. I called Arizona Foundation Solution and spoke with a very nice lady. I think her name was Nancy. I told her what I needed and she was able to get Bryan "Wooly" out to see my house the next day. Bryan was very good at communicating with me and in fact, he called prior to our appt and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay to come over earlier. I mentioned I was in a meeting but could be available at 11:15am. He showed up right at 11:15am. He walked around the foundation and pointed out where the water was getting to the concrete and rusting the rebar. He then explained how they would chip out the cracks and repair the area with with a new type of rebar that doesn't rust. I was very pleased with Bryan professionalism and he made sure all my questions were answered. He also provide me with a fair quote the same day.

I was very pleased by the foundation repair accomplished by AZ Foundation a few days ago. Bryan "Wooly" explained the scope of the project and Michael did great work!

Bryan "Wooly" came out to look at my project (cracking and peeling on a sport court) and did a very detailed review. He provided several options and followed that up with a quote the following day. I would certainly do business with Bryan and AZFS in the future (hopefully not needing it however).

Scheduling was difficult, work began about 2-3 weeks after original scheduled date without much communication about when it would start. Other than that, work was well done - fixed my issue so in he end can't complain too much about that.
