The slabs had shifted over time, creating noticeable height differences and trip hazards along the path. With frequent foot traffic and Wisconsin’s freeze-thaw cycles, the problem had continued to worsen, making it both a safety concern and an issue impacting the home’s curb appeal. After
Our team used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and level the settled walkway slabs. By drilling small, precise holes and injecting the expanding foam beneath the concrete, we were able to raise the slabs back to their proper position while stabilizing the underlying soil.

Unlike traditional mudjacking (also known as slab jacking), which uses a heavier material that can add stress to already shifting soils, PolyLevel is lightweight, cures quickly, and provides a more durable, long-term solution. This method is ideal for concrete step repair and walkway stabilization, especially in climates like Wisconsin where soil movement is common.
