Before:
The homeowner in Neenah was dealing with a sunken sidewalk leading to their front door. Not only did the uneven slabs create a serious tripping hazard, but the large step up to the front stoop made everyday use difficult—especially during icy Wisconsin winters. Cracks and gaps between the slabs also allowed weeds to grow, making the entryway look neglected.
After:
Using our PolyLevel® system, we precisely lifted and leveled the sidewalk slabs, eliminating the trip hazard and restoring a smooth, safe transition to the front door. We sealed the joints and cracks with NexusPro®, a durable, UV-resistant joint sealant that not only blocks water intrusion but also keeps weeds from growing between slabs.
Now the sidewalk looks cleaner, functions safely, and will stay protected from future settlement and weather-related wear.

Before
A homeowner in De Pere, WI reached out to Sure-Dry after noticing their concrete walkway leading to the front steps had settled unevenly. The slabs had shifted over time, creating noticeable height differences and trip hazards along the path. With frequent foot traffic and Wisconsin’s freeze-thaw cycles, the problem had continued to worsen, making it both a safety concern and an issue impacting the home’s curb appeal. This is a common example of concrete lifting and concrete leveling needs in the area.
The homeowner was looking for a reliable concrete lifting company and contractor to restore the walkway before the damage progressed further or caused injury. They also wanted a solution that would be quick, effective, and long-lasting.
After
Our team used PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam to lift and level the settled walkway slabs. By drilling small, precise holes and injecting the expanding foam beneath the concrete, we were able to raise the slabs back to their proper position while stabilizing the underlying soil.
Unlike traditional mudjacking (also known as slab jacking), which uses a heavier material that can add stress to already shifting soils, PolyLevel is lightweight, cures quickly, and provides a more durable, long-term solution. This method is ideal for concrete step repair and walkway stabilization, especially in climates like Wisconsin where soil movement is common.
The walkway is now level, stable, and safe for daily use, restoring both function and appearance while giving the homeowner confidence moving forward.
The homeowner can now safely access their front steps without concern, knowing the walkway is properly supported and built to last.
Before:
This pool deck in Neenah, WI had settled unevenly over time, leaving sections of concrete sunken around the pool area. The uneven slabs created trip hazards, standing water concerns, and open joints where water could seep underneath and continue washing out the soil below.
Like many concrete surfaces in Wisconsin, freeze/thaw cycles and moisture movement had gradually caused the slabs to sink and separate.
After:
We fixed the problem using PolyLevel® concrete lifting foam to raise and level the sunken sections of the pool deck without tearing out or replacing the concrete. Once everything was back in position, we sealed the cracks and joints using NexusPro® joint sealant to help prevent water intrusion and future settlement.
PolyLevel is a lightweight, long-lasting alternative to traditional mudjacking that provides precise lifting and fast cure times, allowing the homeowner to use the area again quickly.
Now the pool deck is:
✔️ Level
✔️ Safe to walk on
✔️ Better protected against future water damage
With the concrete repaired before summer, this homeowner is now ready to enjoy pool season with a safer, cleaner-looking outdoor space.
