Before:
A homeowner in Keshena, WI had settlement across the front walkway and the lower-level walkout slab. Uneven panels created trip points at the entry and a noticeable drop at the patio door. Open joints and cracks were channeling water below the concrete, accelerating washout and freeze–thaw movement.

After:
Our crew injected PolyLevel® beneath the settled panels to fill voids and lift the walkway and walkout slab back to proper height. We then cleaned and sealed all cracks and expansion joints with NexusPro® to block water intrusion and seasonal movement.

Now the approach and walkout area are level, safe, and sealed—restoring curb appeal and day-to-day usability for the homeowner.

In Greenville, WI our crew came out to a home and used our PolyLevel System to raise the sunken concrete back to its original location. Over time the soil beneath the concrete begins to wash out which is why concrete begins to sink and crack. 

Our PolyLevel System drills a hole the size of a penny into the concrete and then inserts polyurethane foam underneath, to raise the concrete back to place. This foam is waterproof, eliminating the worry of it washing out again. This process is fast and inexpensive.

The sidewalk leading up to the front steps of this home had sunk several inches, posing a tripping hazard. Sure-Dry lifted the concrete back up to the original level with our patented PolyLevel system and sealed joints with NexusPro Sealant to prevent future issues.
