In the Fond Du Lac project, unlevel and cracked concrete was making this home's exterior both unsightly and unsafe. As you can see in the before photo, the damage was extensive. We employed the PolyLevel system to expertly stabilize, lift, and level the concrete slabs, restoring them to a stable and secure position next to surroundings sentenced structure. To prevent future issues, we used NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints, protecting the concrete from water infiltration. Across this 20+ unit condo community in Fond du Lac, years of settling had left sidewalks and patios cracked, uneven, and unsafe.
