To prevent moisture seeping into the soil underneath the slab a concrete joint sealant is used to seal the crack.

The driveway of Jose home had started to sink causing flooding on the walkway of the home. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair was able to help Jose with his driveway sinking issue by installing the PolyLevel Injection System. By lifting the driveway back level we are able to elevate the flooding issues that Jose was experiencing. Wayne contacted Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair because the concrete walkway leading up to his home had started to sink due to the dirt under the slab starting the wash out when ever it rained. We were able to help Wayne stabilize and lift the concrete walkway by installing the PolyLevel System. We filled in the void under the concrete of the walk way and was able to lift the concrete back to it original level.
