Mark, a contractor for a bank in Southern Pines, NC contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to concrete slabs that were starting to settle. By the concrete slabs settling it was causing a trip hazard and other issues for the bank. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Mark to go over the project and to find out if we could assist with the repairs.

Our crew led by George Herring installed the PolyLevel System. The PolyLevel System combines the already- proven technique of concrete lift with a specially- engineered two- part expanding foam that makes it possible to permanently lift the concrete surface.  

Ashley contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with moisture in her crawl space and she wanted it "sealed off". Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to transform a damp and dirty eyesore to a healthy, safe, and comfortable part of the home. Ashley is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect her home from moisture problems. 

A concrete porch sinking into the ground was creating an uneven platform and a tripping hazard for this customer. The PolyLevel System was used by Jess Williams, our concrete repair foreman, to lift, level, and stabilize the slab.

Glen contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after we had previously done work to his home in Little Rock, SC. In the garage of his home there was a long crack along the back wall what was allowing water to enter the garage. The crack had formed because the slab of the concrete floor had started to since and the best solution to fix it from futher damage to the home was to install the PolyLevel Injection System. The advantages of the PolyLevel System is that it had high capacity lifting strength, its environmentally friendly and has a quick cure time.
