I chose Regional because of past experience and the product availability. Regional can use me as a reference.

I was very satiisfied with the ob and although I didn't meet the crew because I wasn't home-but the crew clled me. The installer maintained contact with me. He also provided pictures after the completion of the job. Regional may certaintly use me as a reference.

I am satisfied so far with the job performed. The installation crew consisted of Sylvester and a helper. Sylvester was good. The helper lacked training. My experience with the office staff was very good. Cam, was the salesman and I felt that he was very  helpful. I do feel that he needs to be more accurate withhis figures. After all was said and done, the cleanup was satisfactory.   I heard about Regional Waterproofing from an online search and Angie's List. I had not heard about them anywhere else. My overall reasons for hiring them instead of another company was 1) the products used and 2) The warranty.   I do feel that the equipment should be clean before the crews arrive and that any broken equipment be replaced prior to that as well, ( the clamp was broken.)
