Charles Ousley the crew leader was a good guy.Our salesman Charles and his presentation was very competent. The promotional materials he used made sense. I heard about regional at the Southern Ideal Home Show at the state fairgrounds. The installation crew were great. They were hardworking,easy to get along with, and honest. Of the four companies we asked to evualte the foundation problem, Charles Hood was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and informative.  The follow-up information was impressively professional with information about the consultant and your company, and booklets revelant to our situation to further our understanding of the problem. NO ONE else had this follow-up.The installation crew was very professional and competent and friendly, answering all my questions. Stacy Sessoms was excelletn to work with. He was knowledgeable and aceessible to answer questions, clearly he was supervising the work and showed respect for the workers' abilities to complete an excellent job.
