Saw your booth at 2016 Albany Home Show and talked to a rep. Followed up with a call and on site visit. Thought the solution would work for our space and price was within our expectations. I was very satisfied with my job.  The crew was very polite and professional.  I chose the company because of the quality of the products and the materials used for the pumps. I had my basement done in November of 2009.  We are now in April 2010 and it is working as advertised.  I lost power for 12+ hours and the battery backup pump performed excellent!

When you told me 3 years ago that my entire cellar would be mold and odor free after installing a SaniDry dehumidifier, I must admit i was skeptical. After 3 years of experience with this product, however, I am more than satisfied. Not only is my cellar mold and odor free-- as you stated-- the dehumidifier is so efficient that my wife routinely dries clothes in the cellar. Obviously, you didn't give me an exaggerated sales pitch. So naturally, when i had problems with my sump pump, i considered no other basement specialist. You came to my house promptly after i called and thoroughly and honestly analyzed my entire drainage system, not just the sump. Also, I had been thinking about installing a battery back-up to my sump pump to spare me the messy job of mopping my cellar floor the next time i lose power, but i had questions about its reliability in a prolonged power outage. Your answers convinced me that you had a reliable product. This time I didn't question your appraisal. I am having your UltraSump Battery Back Up Pump installed as soon as possible along with a new sump pump.Thanks for your service Frank

I am very satisfied with install. The cellar area has taken on a whole new look!  The entire process was done with a minimum of dust, dirt, and debris. Cleanup was done thoroughly. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They were a pleasure to have working in our home. Ron was the professional in assessing the problem and explaining the steps needed to be taken to remedy the situation. He inspires confidence in ADK.
