From the estimate by Doug Forsthoff to the completion of the job by Chris Hurley and Nick, we could have not been more satisfied. They represented the company with courteous and professional actions.  The crew was efficient and did a great job. They answered our questions and completed the job in a very timely manner.  They did more than we expected. While the job was messy, the left us with a clean basement.  We had a previous experience with Adirondack Basement and were very pleased. When we needed work on our foundation, we knew they would be our choice. Plus, they have a great reputation!

I want to thank you for the great job you did in our basement. This completed what we started several years ago. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Although there were a couple of things I perceived to be as problems, there was a quick response to resolve and explain why these things are this way. We are extremely satisfied. The clean-up was absolutely perfect. The installation crew was terrific, I have never seen two people work harder. The Design Specialist and the presentation was very good. He was able to explain what was wrong and how this would correct the problem. The office team was very knowledgeable. They were helpful in scheduling around my limited availability. After seeing you at the home show and after Doug's presentation, we did not even think to contact another company. I am confident that my basement will stay dry now and since having this done there is definitely an improvement in the smell of my basement!
