July was one of the wettest July's on record and I'm happy to report my basement was dry!  I could not have been happier!

Mike Coonradt serviced our de-humidifier system today. I want to commend him for his professionalism and thorough knowledge of our system. He was courteous and offered to provide any follow up if needed. Mike is a fine representative of your company. We have also been extremely pleased with the performance of your equipment and the installation of the flooring installed after our basement flooded.

The foreman did a very attractive job. The installation crew was polite, punctual- explained everything every step of the way. Along with the Design Specialist Tim was very accommodating, I've been late for several appointments and he has always been gracious. Explains the information thoroughly.To add the office staff is incredible, each time I had called I've received well explained and prompt answers to the action.

I am so relieved that all of the work is done and done so well! I am no longer "afraid" of my own basement. I believe that I could resell my house if I wanted to much more easily. And, if another "Irene & lee" storm comes, I will do fine. You get what you pay for- but I got even more than that. The crew was excellent. The foreman, Jason, was on top of everything and a great communicator. I felt respected. He is truly an excellant employee- treat him well and retain him! The Design Specialist, Matt, was thorough and had great knowldege. He was honest, respectful, and did not use pressure tactics.

We were very pleased with the clean-up work after the installation.  Our Installation Team was very knowledgeable about the products, and we were VERY satisfied with their work. Six and a half weeks after having the installation by Adirondack Basement Systems, we had a foot of snow and rain and our basement was dry!! Before this, we would have many parts of our basement wet. Very satisfied with the help and knowledge from the office staff and design specialist. They answered all the questions I had. Very Satisfied!

When job was completed I told workers they would be miracle workers if I didn't get any water in the basement. Well, they are miracle workers!
