I am very satisfied with the waterproofing project. The Installation Team was very nice and helpful. Mike was very nice as well, he answered all of my questions satisfactory.

I am very happy and impressed with how my questions were answered immediately and Corey made certain I understood every aspect of the installation, set up and went over in detail the pump. The cleanup process:  They left no dirt or dust they cleaned impeccably between work days which meant a lot! Claire has been a customer of ours since 2018! On Friday, May 17th 2024 her Sump Pump and SaniDry systems were due for annual maintenance, which service tech, Seth, completed in a timely manner. Claire called the office a few days later stating that, "Seth was the most polite and charming service person she has met. He was on time and [she] is so relieved to have her products up to date!".

Our system was installed in 2005. We have Mike come and service it yearly. Mike is an excellent asset to your company, he explains everything he will be doing to maintain the system. Your office team is always responsive and courteous. A few years back we installed a WINE CELLAR!
