- How satisfied are you with the installation we completed for you?      I am very satisfied with the installation which should prove to be a vast improvement over the previous arrangement. - Was clean-up satisfactory?      Yes, although I did have to power vac and then wet mop basement floor to get rid of all the concrete dust on the floor. This is understandable however and not a reflection on clean-up performed by crew. - What did you think of our installation crew?      They were extremely thorough and professional. Good response from the initial call, thru the estimate and the install date.  Scheduled an appointment for estimate with in days.  Estimator spent over an hour measuring and assessing what was required to fix the un-level decking, then spent another hour going over what the job would involve and the cost..  Install day was about 3 weeks out. Unfortunately, the crew had equipment problems which were relayed to us the afternoon before the job. Crew showed up in late afternoon on the day of install but were unable to complete the job during the time we were home and prior to us going on vacation. Crew completed job while we were gone. Had great explanation of what was involved. Crew did a great job of doing the joints of the slabs and matching the deck color at the injection points.  Minor issues with the lawn and surrounding concrete that had to be dealt with due to improved sloping of deck. Crew followed our requests to remove brick pavers as needed and leave pavers uninstalled so that owners could level those to match new grading.  The advertising brochure showed a new process for lifting uneven pavement and even had that for pool decking which is what I needed.

I was very satisfied with the installation.  Our basement was very wet and moldy.  I was extremely pleased with how clean it was.  The crew was very friendly and worked constantly.  My Design Specialist Tim was great, friendly and explained everything very well.  The office team was efficient and knowledgeable.  Any question I had was answered honestly.  I chose Adirondack Basement Systems because of Tim's presentation and my desperation!  My basement was so bad, that not only was it not useable, but I also thought it was non-fixable.  It was so damp that we couldn't store anything in it. It just became a waste of space.  Now, I feel like I just gained so much storage space!  The air quality is noticeably better now that the mold is gone.

I was very pleased with the installation, they not only did a good job at installing the product but they cleaned up very well as well. They worked quickly and on time.
