This is my 4th project with Adirondack. They also service my system every year- and send me a reminder postcard. During the heavy rains we had at the beginning of JULY, I called Adirondack with a small issue. Kevin (the owner) was going to be in the area and came right over. Come to find out it was water squirting over the system onto the floor. We evaluated the situation and concluded that a vapor barrier was the best solution. Plus it was going to give me a finished look. So we scheduled it on the spot. Kevin was very concise and clear on why the problem was happening and what we can do to solve it.Joy in the office is always very pleasant and helpful.The installation crew arrived when they said that they would. They were very courteous and efficient.  I especially appreciated them laying the dropcloths from the front door to the top of the steps!!!

My installation was professional and neat.  I am very pleased!  My foreman is a credit to your company! The office was always a pleasure to do business with. When I heard about your company and then read through the materials you sent to review, I thought my prayers had been answered in regards to our sump pump situation! From the first call I made until Kevin called the day after the work was completed, I was extremely satisfied with the courtesy, knowledge and efficiency of each employee.  You don't often find that anymore. The TripleSafe sump pump is amazing! No more open well, noisy sump pump, and no more water in the basement ever!

March 4, 2013   I did not return the survey that was sent to me back in February of 2012 as I wanted to see how well the SaniDri and TripleSafe pump system worked, I want to tell you that the SaniDri has shown a vast improvement by reducing the dampness and mold/mildew in my basement. The TripleSafe pump system is so quiet that I did not think it was working until I went outside at a time when we had received a fair amount of rain in the Spring and found that the ground around the outlet was wet. 1 of your technicians, Mike, was here on March 1 to conduct the preventative maintenance of the SaniDri and TripleSafe pump system. I appreciate the fact that he explained a few things to me regarding the SaniDri in that I should vacuum off the screen that sits above the filter, which I will do. Mike left a filter with me and stated that I should replace the filter in 6 months, if needed. He explained to me what I need to look for on the filter and how to replace it. He also took the time to explain a few things about the pump system that I had asked him about.

I had Adirondack Basement Systems install their wall system to cover water damaged, poured concrete walls, one basement window was replaced and I purchased a commercial dehumidifier. They are a very professional company that has their own array of basement waterproofing products. After years of water problems, I thought my basement was in horrible shape. Their lead salesman informed me that it was not bad at all. They could have sold me more products (e.g. new French Drain, sump pumps,) but informed me that mine were in good condition and they were not necessary purchases. From that point on, they called and emailed regularly to follow-up on scheduling and other details- including my satisfaction with the service every step of the way. The workers were as advertised- courteous, hard-working, and very clean. I highly recommend this company for anyone who wants to deal with their water issues in their basement and/or improve the appearance of their basement. For 26 years, my basement always stressed me out. Now I'm proudly showing it to everybody!
